RECOVERY OF CHURCH PROPERTY.—Original action in the Supreme Court. This case involved the same questions and was disposed of upon the same principles as in the case of The Roman Catholic Church vs. The Municipalities of Tarlac and Victoria (9 Phil. Rep., 450). Judgment for plaintiffs; writ of possession granted.
