SUBJECT DESIGNATION

In the interest of the Bangsamoro Government and its constituency, and in addition to your duties and responsibilities as BPDA Bangsamoro Director General, you are hereby designated as Assistant Senior Minister of the Office of the Chief Minister, in concurrent capacity.

As such, you shall perform all the duties and responsibilities inherent in the said position and such other acts that may be incidental thereto. This designation carries with it additional remuneration, subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations, and shall be valid for one (1) year from the date of signing unless sooner revoked by the undersigned.

You shall enter upon the performance of your duties immediately upon receipt hereof.
