TO: ALL BANKS AND NON-BANK FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS
Effective 2 December 2002, Omni Savings Bank Corporation has changed its corporate name to AMERICAN EXPRESS BANK PHILIPPINES (A SAVINGS BANK), INC., as approved by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas and the Securities and Exchange Commission.
