Please be advised that the registration document numbered CB-MEDIAD (FI) 84-2709 dated 18 September 1984 issued by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas evidencing registration of the foreign direct investment of General Foods Manufacturing Company, U.S.A. in Franklin Baker Company of the Philippines, has been reported lost.
Above-mentioned document has been applied for replacement and should not be honored if found and presented for purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or dividends remittance pursuant to Section 40 of CB Circular No. 1389 dated 13 April 1993, as amended.
