AN ACT DECLARING JUNE 18 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL WORKING HOLIDAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KIBLAWAN, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR, IN COMMEMORATION OF ITS FOUNDATION ANNIVERSARY
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. June 18 of every year is hereby declared a special working holiday in the Municipality of Kiblawan, Province of Davao del Sur, in commemoration of its foundation anniversary. However, upon proclamation of the President, June 18 of every year shall be a special non-working holiday in the Municipality of Kiblawan, Province of Davao del Sur.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect after fifteen (15) days following the completion of its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
