Beneficiary or recipient of an inward remittance of foreign exchange

Pursuant to Monetary Board Resolution No. 950 dated August 23, 1995, please be advised that the beneficiary or recipient of an inward remittance of foreign exchange shall be paid in the same currency that the remittance was made unless he agrees to be paid in pesos or another currency.
