I OBJECTIVE
This Order prescribes the use of the revised BIR Form No. 0044 (Request for System

I REPEALING CLAUSE
Said modification on BlR Form No. 0044 shall not in any way affect the existing policies and procedures on the granting and revocation of system access, as provided for under Revenue Memorandum Order (RMO) No. 28-2020.
I Effectivity
This Order takes effect immediately.
