Please be advised that Central Bank Registration Document (CBRD) NO. (DE/S) 97-00452 dated 5 August 1997, evidencing registration of the foreign direct investment of Taian Electric Co., Ltd. and nominees in Taian Pubic) Electric, Inc., has been reported lost.
Above-mentionad document has been applied for replacement and should not be honored if found and presented for purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or cash dividends remittance pursuant to Section 40 of CB Circular No. 1389 dated 13 April 1993, as amended.
