Please be advised that Bangko Sentral Registration Document No. CB-FEIOD (FI) 86-00042 dated December 8, 1986 covering the foreign direct Heritage Nominees, Ltd. (HNL), Hongkong, and/or its subsidiary, Purplegrave Corporation B.V. (now Mandarin Oriental Corporation B.V.) in Manila Mandarin Hotel Inc., has been reported lost.
Above-mentioned registration document has been applied for replacement and should not be honored when presented for capital repatriation and dividend remittances pursuant to Section 40 of CB Circular No. 1389 dated April 13, 1993, as amended.
