Extension of Quarterly Submission of the Financial Reporting Package (FRP)
MEMORANDUM NO. M-2008-036
To: ALL RURAL/COOPERATIVE BANKS
Subject: Extension of Quarterly Submission of the Financial Reporting Package (FRP)
Rural/Cooperative Banks shall continue to submit the FRP on a quarterly basis, within the following prescribed deadlines:
Reporting Period – (Quarter ending) Revised FRP Submission Deadline
December 2008 16 February 2009
March 2009 15 May 2009
June 2009 15 August 2009
Further, until otherwise advised, rural/cooperative banks shall continue to submit GL-CSOC and CSIE and their supporting schedules in accordance with the presently prescribed mode and submission frequency.
Late and/or erroneous reporting of the FRP shall be subject to penalties provided under Subsection X162.2 of the Manual of Regulations for Banks for Category A-1 report. Same penalties shall also apply for late and/or erroneous reporting of the GL-CSOC and CSIE until said reportorial requirement is discontinued.
