TO : All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions With Quasi-Banking Functions
The Monetary Board, in its Resolution No. 196 dated February 26, .1997, authorized the establishment and operation of CITYSTATE SAVINGS BANK, INC. as a thrift bank.
The Certificate of Authority to operate was signed/issued by the Governor on August 7, 1997.
The bank started operations on August 8, 1997.
