Energy Related Projects
TO : All Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned
addressing taxpayet's request for Certificate of Tax Exemption (CTE)/Rulings on energy-related. known as, the "Energy Virtual One-Stop Shop Act", the authority to sign CTEs/Rulings on energy projects, in compliance with the requirement under Republic Act (RA) No. 11234 otherwise related projects, as defined under RA No. 11234, is hereby delegated to the Assistant The exigencies of the service so requiring, and to enhance administrative efficiency in
Commissioner, Legal Service.
This Order shall take effect immediately.
