ORIGINAL ACTION IN THE SUPREME COURT FOR THE RECOVERY OF CHURCH PROPERTY.—This case is similar to case of Roman Catholic Church vs. Municipalities, etc., of the Province of Tarlac (9 Phil. Rep., 450), which is followed. Possession awarded to plaintiffs.
For plaintiffs: Hartigan, Rohde & Gutierrez. For defendants: Buencamino & Diokno.
