To: All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFIs) Under the Supervision of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP)
Subject:Borrowings of BSP Personnel from Any Institution Supervised by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas
Further to the BSP Memorandum No. M-2009-016 dated 27 May 2009 reminding all financial institutions under the supervision of the BSP to regularly submit the Report on Borrowings of BSP Personnel in accordance with Circular Letter Nos. CL-2007-050 dated 04 October 2007 and CL-2007-059 dated 28 November 2007, please be advised that availment of credit card facilities shall not be considered “borrowing” or “loan” for purposes of reporting above subject matter to the BSP.
