Subject : Lost Registration Document issued by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas/Central Bank of the Philippines
Please be advised that Central Bank Registration Document No. (DE) 93-00872 dated 3 November 1993, evidencing registration of foreign direct equity investment of Atlas Copco AB, Sweden in Atlas Copco (Phils), Inc. has been reported lost. Above-mentioned document has been applied for replacement and should not be honored if found and presented for purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or dividends remittance pursuant to Section 40 of Circular No. 1389 dated 13 April 1993, as amended.
