SHOW CAUSE Pursuant to the Regulatory Framework for Offenses and Penalties (Licensed Land-Based Casinos), this document formally notifies the Licensee of the alleged violation(s) committed. The Licensee is required to submit a written reply within ten (10) business days from receipt of this Notice. Failure to comply shall be construed as a waiver of the Licensee's right to be heard, in which case PAGCOR shall proceed to render a decision based solely on the available records and evidence. In accordance with the prescribed process under the framework, PAGCOR shall issue a decision on the matter within ninety (90) calendar days from receipt of the Licensee’s written reply, or in the absence thereof, from the lapse of the prescribed period for submission.
