Subject: Specimen Signature of Authenticating Senior Bank Officers
You are hereby advised to submit to the Managing Director, Regional Monetary Affairs Sub-Sector, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, the updated specimen signatures of Senior Bank Officers in your respective Head Office who are authorized to authenticate the signatures of your provincial branch officers transacting business with the BSP Regional Offices/Branches.
The BSP Regional Monetary Affairs Sub-Sector shall be advised of any changes in your authorized branch signatories, as well as authenticating Head Office Senior Officers.
