DECISION
Pending consideration by the Commission is a Petition (For Revocation of Certificate of Registration)1 filed by Enforcement and Protection Department (EPD), now Enforce- ment and Investor Protection Department, of the Commission against Mercator Finance Corp. (Mercator) on 23 August 2012.
In an Ex-Parte Manifestation, EPD stated that Mercator's Corporate Term had expired
by the Company Registration and Monitoring Department dated 22 December 2014 of the on 22 December 20142 evidenced by a Certificate of Corporate Filing/Information issued
Commission.3
WHEREFORE, premises considered, the instant Petition (for Revocation of Certificate of Registration) is hereby DISMISSED for being MOOT and ACADEMIC considering that the Certificate of Registration of Mercator Finance Corp. has already expired on 22 Decem- ber 2014.
