Cr-2019-gg To ALL BANKS AND NON.BANK FINANCIAT INSTITUTIONS Subject 41st National Disability Prevention and Rehabilitation Week Pursuant to Proclamation No. 361 dated 19 August 2000 designating the third week of July as the National Disability Prevention and Rehabilitation Week (NPDR) which shall culminate on the birthdate of Mr. Apolinario Mabini on 23 July of each year, all BSP Supervised Financial lnstitutions (BSFls) and their branches are enjoined to promote public awareness during the week-long observance of this event and to extend support by conducting related activities and/or attending any of the celebration activities indicated in the attached 201.9 Calendar of Activities for the week long celebration (Annex A). All banks and non-bank financial institutions are encouraged to promote the successful national observance of the 41st NPDR week on July L7 to 23,2019 with the theme; "Lokal na Pamahalaan: Kabalikat sa Pagtupad ng Karapatan ng Mga Taong May Kapansanan".
