Further to Circular Letter dated 16 February 2005, copy attached, the following BSP Regional Clearing Centers (RCCs) are included in the Manila Clearing, in connection with the BSP Cash Department's acceptance of checks and demand drafts for deposit to legal reserves, payments of supervisory fees, penalties and other accounts payable to the "Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas":
