OBJECTIVE: This Order is issued to: 1. lnforrn all concerned on the full names of :he abbreviations (acronyms/initialisms) used in the naming of several Revenue Regions (RRs); and 2. Eliminate possible confusion arising from inconsistencies between the actual names and the actual locations of certain RRs, which may otherwise result in difficulties for taxpayers in accessing or availing BIR services. il. BIR REVENUE REGIONS WITH ABBREVIATIONS: 1. RR t\lo. 5 - Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas, Valenzuela, and Bulacan (CAIVANAVA and Bulacan) 2. RR lrlo. 78 - East National Capital Region (East NCR) 3. REPEALING CLAUSE: This Order repeals and/or amends accordingly pertinent provisions of Revenue Administrative order (RAo) No. 6-2025 dated December 9,2025 anrj all other revenue issuances or portions thereof inconsistent herewith. tv.
