HORRILLENO, M.:
La unica cuestion a resolver en este asunto, elevado a esta Superioridad por el Tribunal de Apelaciones es la de iquien tiene imejor derecho sobre el terreno, descrito en la demanda: Vicente Lumampao, que compro el mismo, en virtud de un documento publico, de fecha 20 de abril de 1927, o Atanacio Barrido, que adquirio dicho terreno en una subasta publica llevada a cabo por el sheriff provincial el 14 de octubre de 1933?
Imperial, Diaz, Laurel, y Moran, MM., estan conformes.
