CARSON, J.:
"LESIONSES MENOS GRAVES." — From the Court of First Instance of Tayabas. Del Pino, J.,
Defendant was tried and convicted upon a charge of lesiones and sentenced to one month and one day of arresto mayor, with the corresponding accessories. The evidence sustains the findings of the court below, and there appearing no prejudicial error, judgment affirmed.
