that it has ovailed itaelf of the tax amnesty
under Presidential Decree No 6t and har paid the
sum of r47.926.26. representing full payment of
the amount involved in this case, as evidenced by Official Receipt No.E-7099207, and for 1ack of
objection on the part of respondent* counsel, the
said motion is hereby GRANTED.
