CIRCULAR LETTER Series of 2002
TO : All Banks and NBFIs
Attached is a self-explanatory letter/request dated 25 April 2002 of Ms. Haydee B. Yorac, Chairperson of the Presidential Commission on Good Government (PCGG) addressed to Governor Rafael B. Buenaventura to advise all Commercial Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions on the amendments relative to the signing of transmittal letters of sequestered/surrendered companies covering disbursements which are pre-audited by the Commission. The changes in the line up of signatories shall take effect immediately and shall supersede all previous instructions issued.
