We advise that Bangko Sentral Registration Document (BSRD) (DE/S) 96-00063 dated February 1, 1996 covering the foreign investment (assigned capital) of THE DEVELOPMENT BANK OF SINGAPORE LTD., Singapore in its Manila Branch has been reported lost.
Abovementioned BSRD should not be honored when presented for capital repatriation or profit remittances pursuant to Section 40 of CB Circular 1389 dated April 13, 1993.
