Please be advised of the reported loss of Certification No. A-5561 with validity period up to October 5, 1996 issued by the Inter-Agency Committee on Domestic Borrowings of Foreign Firms in favor of Young Shin Philippines Company, Inc.
Considering that aforementioned certification had in fact been replaced and superseded by Certification No. A-5561-1 issued in favor of said firm, you are enjoined not to transact business under the lost and superseded certification.
