(A Microfinance-Oriented Rural Bank) from a microfinance-oriented rural bank to a regular rural bank to be known as Caritas Banco ng Masa Inc. (A Rural Bank). The Securities and Exchange Commission approved the Amended Articles of lncorporation and Amended By-Laws of the Bank bearing its new corporate name on 30April 2019. For information and guidance. G.
