OPERATIONALIZATION OF THE JOB FACILITATION SERVICES FOR OFW REPATRIATES (CALMI CORNER)
AIternative Labor Market Interventions (CALMI), the DMW hereby opens a "Job Facilitation Pursuant to Advisory No. 4 5_, Series of 2026 on the creation of the Committee on
the approval of the DMW. Services for OFW Repatriates" also known as the "CALMI Corner" within the DMW Central Office and Regional Offices. Licensed Recruitment Agencies (LRAs) and Licensed Manning Agencies (LMAs) participating in the CALMI program will be provided a designated space to conduct legal recruitment procedures for repatriate-applicants seeking immediate redeployment abroad, subject to
To guarantee legal, safe, fair, and ethical recruitment activities for all stakeholders, and to maintain the orderly conduct of job facilitation services, the public is highly encouraged to participate and is hereby advised of the following:
I. For OFW Repatriate planning to be redeployed overseas
1. A valid passport must be presented to the DMW Duty Officer of the Day (CALMI-DOD) for verification and profiling.
2.Register in the official CALMI Online Portal or scan the QR code provided by the DMW Migrant Workers Offices (MWO), during 'airport salubong' or at the DMW Regional Offices displayed
in a conspicuous area.
3.Transact only with CALMI-DOD or authorized agency representatives with official IDs
4.The use of the CALMI Online Portal QR Code and related procedures are FREE OF CHARGE Report any forms of solicitation of fees to the CALMI-DOD or through the DMW Public Assistance and Complaints Desk (PACD)
II.Licensed Recruitment and Manning Agencies (LRAs/LMAs)
1. Interested LRAs with active job orders and LMAs with a valid accreditation certificate must signify their intent to avail of the CALMI Corner in writing to the CALMI Chairperson European Affairs [FEWS-APAEA]). Likewise, the request must include a list of prospective CALMI pool of applicants, which is acquired by updating the monitoring status in the CALMI Module within the DMW Agency Portal (https://agencyportal.dmw.gov.ph) (Undersecretary for Foreign Employment and Welfare Service - Asia-Pacific, Americas and
2. Only agencies and their authorized representatives with an approved schedule are allowed to use the CALMI Corner for their recruitment activities.
3. Only one to two (1 to 2) agency representatives are allowed and must wear distinguishing official company IDs and uniforms (if available) at all times.

5 Only repatriate-applicants who have undergone CALMI profiling may be assessed or
interviewed within the facility.
6. No financial transactions shall be collected within the CALMI Corner. Authorized fees must be processed exclusively at the PRA/LMA's registered office and must have official receipts.
Disseminating flyers or promoting job orders not covered by the CALMI program, especially outside the designated area, is strictly prohibited. However, participating agencies may still advertise their approved job order or openings through their official Facebook page, registered office address, and other authorized platforms.
8. Participating agencies are strongly encouraged to regularly update their respective modules in the CALMI Portal to facilitate efficient job matching and smooth deployment processing Non-compliance may result in delisting from this initiative and suspension of related privileges
Likewise, the public is advised to remain vigilant and immediately report any suspicious or suspected illegal recruitment activities, especially within the premises of the Department, to the Migrant Workers Protection Bureau (MWPB).
