REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7108 - AN ACT ESTABLISHING A HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROSARIO, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS, TO BE KNOWN AS THE MACALAMCAM-B HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7108, August 14, 1991 ]
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROSARIO, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS, TO BE KNOWN AS THE MACALAMCAM-B HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. There shall be established a high school in Barangay Macalamcam-B, Municipality of Rosario, Province of Batangas, to be known as the Macalamcam-B High School.
SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act is hereby authorized to be appropriated in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
