Please be advised that Registration Document No. CB-FEIOD (FI) 91-00384 dated 24 August 1991, evidencing registration of foreign direct investment of Mitsui Marine & Fire Insurance Co. Ltd., Japan in Philippine Charter Insurance Corporation, has been reported lost. Above-mentioned document has been applied for replacement and should not be honored if found and presented for purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or dividends remittance pursuant to Section 40 of Circular No. 1389 dated 13 April 1993, as amended.
