Game documents (A description of the traditional bingo game, i.e. bingo game variant, instant game or bingo-related game which is not based on the standard 75-ball bingo, which includes game rules and mechanics, prize payout structure, ticket or card design, bonus features, special prizes and progressive jackpot, if any, master list of outcomes or electronic verifier, if any) b. Game parameters (Proposed game parameters including price of ticket or card and progressive increment percentage, if any) c. Certification from supplier (Certification from the Supplier signifying that it has tested the traditional bingo game and has been found compliant with subsection (c) under Section 2 of Regulation 8 of the GSRM; or, copy of a certification from a gaming laboratory if the Supplier fails to submit the preceding prescribed certification.) d. Remarks (Other concerns that need to be included) We confirm and undertake to do the following:  The Operator shall ensure that the above gaming system, games and/or machines comply with the technical standards and requirements prescribed in Regulations 8 and 9 of the Gaming Site Regulatory Manual.  The Operator (for bingo games) or Service Provider (for electronic games) shall provide a test environment where it shall conduct testing on the electronic bingo system/ electronic gaming system. EGLD representative/s shall observe the conduct of such testing. A certification duly signed by the Operator and Supplier (for bingo games) or Service Provider and Content Provider (for electronic games) shall be submitted signifying that test results in the test environment are compliant with subsection (c) under Section 2 of Regulation 8 of the GSRM.  The Operator (for bingo games)/ Service Provider (for electronic games) agrees that any deviation from the submitted certifications above may result to suspension of the upgraded electronic gaming/bingo system from the electronic gaming/bingo operation. Any loss incurred due to such remiss shall be solely shouldered by the Operator/Service Provider.  The Operator/ Service Provider shall not make any change to the parameter settings of any electronic game/electronic bingo game (i.e. bet denomination, minimum or maximum bet, number of bet credits allowed, progressive system groupings, RTP percentage) unless notification/approval is submitted to EGLD.
