AN ACT ESTABLISHING A DISTRICT OFFICE OF THE LAND TRANSPORTATION OFFICE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN DIONISIO, PROVINCE OF ILOILO AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. There shall be established a district office of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) in the Municipality of San Dionisio, Province of Iloilo, to be known as the "San Dionisio LTO District Office."
SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Transportation shall immediately include in the Department's program the operationalization of the District Office of the LTO in the Municipality of San Dionisio, Province of Iloilo, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect after fifteen (15) days following the completion of its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
