REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5212 - AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COMMUNITY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BALANGIGA, PROVINCE OF SAMAR, TO BE KNOWN AS BALANGIGA COMMUNITY HOSPITAL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COMMUNITY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BALANGIGA, PROVINCE OF SAMAR, TO BE KNOWN AS BALANGIGA COMMUNITY HOSPITAL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and Home of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Director of Medical Services, a community hospital in the Municipality of Balangiga, Province of Samar, to be known as Balangiga Community Hospital.
SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, cut of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance o£ said hospital during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-nine. Thereafter, such sums as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
