TO :ALLGAMING SITEOPERATORS(ELECTRONIC GAMES)
FROM THE ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT GAMING LICENSING AND DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT
SUBJECT POSTING OF PERFORMANCE CASHDEPOSIT
under the Gaming Site Regulatory Manual (GSRM)for Electronic Games version 3.0 as amended. Operators who are still found to be non-compliant after the June On June 13, 2018, the Board of Directors of PAGCOR, approved a deadline of until required Performance Cash Deposit (PCD) amount of Php500,000.00 as prescribed 30, 2018 deadline shall be charged ten (10) demerit points for every month of non- compliance. June 30,2018 for existing electronic games operators to update and comply with the
Inc. (IEST) in order to verify your compliance with the prescribed PCD amounit. In this regard, Operators who are non-compliant with the Php500,000.00 PCD amount must update the same before June 30, 2018 to avoid penalties/demerits. PAGCOR shall coordinate with Inter-active Entertainment Solutions Technologies.
