REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2892 - AN ACT TO AMEND SUBPARAGRAPH (23) FOR THE PROVINCE OF SAMAR, PAGE 465, PARAGRAPH C, TITLE J, SECTION TWO OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWENTY HUNDRED AND NINETY-THREE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The sum appropriated under item ( j ), subparagraph (23) for the Province of Samar, page 465, paragraph C, Title J, Section two of Republic Act Numbered Twenty hundred and ninety-three is transferred to item ( i ) of the same subparagraph, which is amended to read as follows:
"( i ) Oras Breakwater, Improvement............P25,000.00"
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Enacted without Executive approval, June 19, 1960.
