AN ACT TO RAISE THE FEES ON TRANSFER OF LARGE CATTLE AMENDING THEREFOR SECTION FIVE HUNDRED AND TWENTY-EIGHT OF THE REVISED ADMINISTRATIVE CODE.
Be it enacted by the Senate of the House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. Section five hundred and twenty-eight of the Revised Administrative Code is amended to read as follows:
"SEC. 528. Charge for the certificate of transfer — Diposal of the proceeds. —Every certificate of transfer shall bear printed on its face a stamp specimen of the value of two pesos, which shall be duly cancelled by the municipal treasurer with the seal of the municipality. The certificate required by this section shall be paid by the buyer, and the money received therefore shall be paid to the municipal treasury in the organized municipalities, and in the case of municipal districts, to the provincial treasury fir the benefit of the municipal district concerned."
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon approval.
