ENDENCIA, J.:
Petition for certiorari filed by petitioner, seeking a modification of the order issued by respondent Judge of the Court of First Instance of Negros Occidental on December 6, 1958, which fixes the bond to be filed by petitioner to justify the lifting of the mandatory injunction placing the property of petitioner under the management of respondent bank at an amount not less than P8,000,000 in cash.
