Este es un recurso de certiorari en el que la recurrente, Margarita Logroño, pide que se declaren nulas todas las actuaciones de los recurridos, Hon. Felix Martinez, Juez de Primera Instancia de Cebu, Paulino Gullas y Claire Wizlizenus, en el expediente de la testamentaria del Dr. Henry Clement Strong, obrante en la escribania de dicho Juzgado.
