AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF TAYTAY, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, TO BE KNOWN AS THE CENTRAL TAYTAY NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in Barangay Poblacion, Municipality of Taytay, Province of Palawan, to be known as the Central Taytay National High School.
SEC. 2. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall promulgate the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act.
SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Lapsed into law on April 22, 1995 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27(1), Article VI of the Constitution.
