The Integrated Bar of the Philippines- (IBP), Negros Occidental Chapter, in cooperation with the U. P. Law Center, is holding a seminar on "Recent Developments in Philippine Law" to be held October 9 - 11, 1991, at the Barangay Hall, Bacolod City.
All the judges and lawyers concerned are authorized to attend on OFFICIAL TIME.
