Bangsamoro Region (BARMM)

BARMM is not another region with a bigger budget — it is a distinct political entity with its own organic law, government, and revenue system, layered underneath the national law that still applies. That double layer is where deals and disputes get lost: a business assumes a regional permit settles the matter, a contractor assumes national procurement rules decide, an LGU assumes a devolved function stayed with the region. We work through the Bangsamoro Organic Law's division of powers, the region's revenue share and tax treatment, regional wage and labor orders, and the ARMM-era issuances that still carry force, then tell clients which layer they are actually standing on. For election and political work in the region — parliamentary elections, plebiscites, candidacy and campaign compliance — we handle the contest and the compliance around it.
