CL-2021-__ 085 OFFICE OF THE DEPUTY GOVERNOR FINANCIAL SUPERVISION SECTOR To : ALL BANGKO SENTRAL NG PILIPINAS (BSP)-SUPERVISED FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS Subject : Cancellation of Certificate of Registration of P.J. Money Exchange Inc. The Monetary Board, in its Resolution No. 1227 dated 16 September 2021, approved the cancellation of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) registration of P.J. Money Exchange Inc. to operate as Remittance and Transfer Company and Foreign Exchange Dealer/Money Changer pursuant to Section 901-N of the Manual of Regulations for Non-Bank Financial Institutions (MORNBFI), and for violations of its Deed of Undertaking and the provisions of Section 601-N of the MORNBFI, in relation to Part Nine (9) of Q Regulations of the MORNBFI, R.A.
