SUBJECT : Further Modifications to the Guidelines to the Car Development Program (CDP)
For your reference and guidance, attached is a copy of Memorandum Order No. 242 dated December 2, 1994 containing the approved guidelines to the government's Car Development Program which was further modified/expanded, pursuant to the provisions of Executive Order No. 208 dated July 24, 1987, as transmitted by the Office of the President to BSP Governor Gabriel C. Singson on December 6, 1994.
