On the basis of the advice of the Board of Investments in a letter dated April 26, 1993, authorized agent banks are hereby advised that Certificates of Registration No. EP 91-120 of Victoria Wave Limited, Inc. registered under Executive Order No. 226, otherwise known as the Omnibus Investments Code of 1987, has been canceled by the Board of Investments on August 21, 1992 due to non-implementation of the project.
