Please be advised that BSRD No. (DE) 96-00028 dated 19 January 1996, evidencing registration of foreign direct investments of Rodamco Philippines, B.V., Netherlands in KSA Realty Corporations has been reported lost. Above-mentioned document has been applied for replacement and should not be honored if found and presented for purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or dividends remittance pursuant to Section 40 of Circular No. 1389 dated 13 April 1993, as amended.
