BANGSAMORO AUTONOMY ACT NO. 21
Begun and held in Cotabato City, on Friday, the 29th day of March, 2019.
AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE USE OF FIFTY MILLION PESOS (PHP 50,000,000.00 FOR THE ACQUISITION OF ADDITIONALOXYGEN TANKS TO BE CHARGED
AGAINST THE 2021 QUICK RESPONSE FUND ON HEALTH OF THE BANGSAMORO GOVERNMENT
Be it enacted by the Bangsamoro Transition Authority in Parliament assembled:
Section 1. Name. - This Act shall be known as the "Oxygen Buffer Stock of 2021
Section 2. Amount. -- The sum of Fifty Million Pesos (Php 50,000,000.00) is hereby authorized from the 2021 Quick Response Fund on Health for the acquisition of additional oxygen tanks in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region and Muslim Mindanao (BARMM).

Section 7. Effectivity. -- This Act shall take effect immediately after its publication.
