In its Resolution No. 42 dated 18 January 1994, the Monetary Board approved an organization structure for the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP). The new organization structure provides the BSP with a simple, efficient and effective machinery for carrying out its programs and projects in the light of its objectives and the national goals for accelerated social and economic development.
