Please note of the following implementation timeline

System-Related Provisions

approval of the revised CRM to align their internal systems and controls accordingly. Licensees shall be given a six-month-transition period from notice of BOD

However, licensees that have acquired or implemented a new Casind Management System or other casino-related systems in 2025, or those with existing systems that require additional time to configure necessary functionalities

based on justified technical or operational grounds - submitted to PAGCOR within for full compliance may be granted an extension, subject to a written request -

one (1) month from receipt of the notice of Board approval.

Non-System-Related Provisions

All provisions not dependent on system configuration - particularly those related processes - shall take effect immediately upon approval of the revised CRM by to reporting formats, documentation standards, internal procedures, and manual the BOD.
