Please be advised that Bangko Sentral Registration Document (BSRD) No. (DE) 98-00706 dated 17 December 1998, evidencing registration of the foreign direct investment of Marubeni Corporation of Japan in San Roque Power Corporation has been reported lost.
Above-mentioned document has been applied for replacement and should not be honored if found and presented for purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or dividends remittance pursuant to Section 40 of CB Circular No. 1389 dated 13 April 1993, as amended.
